After being subjected to the high-pressure sales tactics of the other major dog containment system company in town, we discovered DogWatch through an advertisement we received in the mail. We called them and not only got a much better price without high-pressure sales, but a far superior system on a technical level. Between the 2-year battery life and the FM technology of the DogWatch system, and the very reasonable cost, the other company simply cannot compete. We actually signed a contract with the other company, but thankfully discovered DogWatch during the opt-out period of the contract so we were able to get out of it before they were able to install the system. The DogWatch system we have now has been terrific and we would highly recommend it to anybody who would like an effective dog containment system.

DogWatch is the only thing that keeps our dog on our property! We live on approximately an acre of land and it is logistically impossible to fence in. Even if we did have fences, our dog would surely jump them. She is quite smart and occasionally "tests" her boundaries but the DogWatch fence keeps her safe and gives us peace of mind.
Indoors, we bought 2 local receivers, one for the formal living room and one for the kitchen counter. She hasn't jumped up on the counter since!
He also extended our fence boundaries to give her more room on the property to roam. Speedy, super service!
If we get another dog, I'm sure we'll be calling Tim again to help us train him. 🙂

The service works great for our three dogs. We have had it for 4 years and just expanded the area for the dogs. During the time we had it, a winter storm knocked over a tree that broke the wire. Tim was there the next day to fix it. I would highly recommend Dogwatch and Tim to anyone.

DogWatch changed our lives!!! Before it, our constantly hungry golden retriever would ransack our kitchen and the kid's could never eat on the dining table in peace. With the DogWatch system, the kitchen has been off limits and the kid's are no longer attacked at the dining room table. And, as a side benefit, we can also let them out of the front yard and feel comfortable that they won't run to the street as we have a unit installed out there as well. We did have an issue once, but Tim quickly pointed out a few fixes (the battery in this case) and we were good to go. We highly recommend this.....it works!!!

Our home's previous owners had Invisible Fence. We had called them to have it set up for us, but were not getting the greatest costumer service. We called Dog Watch to see if they could use previous laid lines. Tim came out, showed us where the lines were, talked to us about Dog Watch product, and was extremely punctual and helpful. He worked with us to train our hound, and we are very pleased with the quality of this product (do your research, it’s the best out there) and his professionalism. Highly recommend!

My husband and I had the privilege of meeting with Tim to get an estimate and was impressed with his professionalism from then to the finishing of the installation of our hidden fence. Tim was very informative of the product and helpful with instructions how to keep our eight month old jackbee puppy in his fence. This was a wonderful experience and my puppy loves his freedom. I highly recommend Tim and his help to give you a wonderful experience and product.
